    the body is made of Stainless Steel SYS304, mild steel or galvanised steel. The Chain 

    is made of Stainless Steel SUS304 with Poly-Propylene (PP) roller. The motor used 

    complies with the IP55 or IP65 specification, which is suitable for outdoor use (weather-

    proof). Moving parts such as sprocket for chain is also entirely made of Stainless

    Steel. The spacing between bars ranges from 9mm to 25mm. We are capable of

    CH Grit Remover is a well-constructed and durable grit separation equipment to fit every

    grit removal situation. The latest technology is incorporated into the process and

    equipment design, thus a complete grit removal system of any type or size can be

    furnished. CH Grit Remover is used for the municipal and industrial wastewater

    treatment industries.

    To insure proper operation and maintenance of the equipment, we provide a team of

    mechanical service personnel to assist contractors in equipment checkout and

    troubleshooting. Process engineers are also available to assist operating personnel

    during plant start-up.

    The CH Grit Remover system is designed to minimize maintenance requirements with

    CH Scraper

    CH Scraper features either a friction tractor drive or a positive rack and pinion drive

    assembly. Units are designed for tanks 5m to 27m in diameter. The rotating access

    bridge pivots on a substantial bearing, which is lubricated in an oil bath, and supported

    by a central pier. The bridge serves as a level arm which supports a drive cage, collector

    arms and scraping blades, and transmits the torque generated by peripheral drive.

    The CH Scraper is a well-applied, cost-effective design for smaller tanks. All components

    of the CH Scraper are designed for continuous, rugged service. The centrally located

    worm gear drive assembly is the heart of any scraper. CH Scraper worm gears are

    reliable collector drives, and are made of quality materials, have exceptionally long

    bearing life and sealed oil bath lubrication.
